Finally grown-up! Factworks is celebrating its 18th anniversary.

We are celebrating our coming of age. Since 2002, Factworks offers bespoke market research to solve our clients' most complex business issues.

Factworks turns 18 … wow – finally grown-up – and still alive and kicking! That is especially wow since most start-ups never outgrow their childhood: Less than 50% of businesses make it to their fifth year.

As we look back to how it felt when being 18 ourselves, it becomes clear that we had a lot of fancy ideas in our heads. And for some it was not entirely clear whether their career would continue with Bill Gates in the garage or on stage with Duran Duran.

Our management team back when they turned 18 (Nadja, Axel, Marcel)

Luckily, it turned out differently and today we look proudly at a team that is truly awesome, at clients who excel in their disciplines and who value our work and partnership. A lot has changed over the years, but even as we have grown, some pillars have remained and have become part of our success.

Our core values (Excellence, Integrity, Innovation culture, Team spirit) and goal of being a trusted partner for answering the most strategic and complex research questions are guiding Factworks’ path and we will remain firmly committed to these going forward.

All of this would not have been possible without an extraordinary team and amazing clients and supporters - THANK YOU for being a part of our journey and writing our story! Here’s to 18 unforgettable years - looking forward to an exciting future together with you!
