Designing a Custom Brand Equity Model for Visa

Our client Visa was looking to replace their black-box proprietary brand equity model with a strong metric that works as leading indicator for the company.

With the new year coming closer and closer, the Factworks team came together one last time in 2019 and enjoyed a festive get-together with lots of mulled wine, treats and one special task: Decorating gingerbread houses. While some teams started slowly and feared missing inspiration, the houses eventually turned into tiny masterpieces. Some made a rather minimalistic appearance with symmetric patterns and a great attention to detail, some went for more is more and made good use of the provided sweets and ornaments.
