Company Outing 2019

For two days of team building and group activities, we left Berlin, just to admire another beautiful big city: Hamburg!

Hamburg is a great city to visit and makes for a great view with all its inherent opposites – all the greenery contrasted by an industrial vibe; the villas and canals vs.the graffiti-covered Schanze and the modern HafenCity.

But did you know that enjoying this view from a boat with a cold drink in your hand makes it even better? Our team had the opportunity to prove this claim and experience it firsthand during our annual company outing last week.

After using our brain matter during a challenging bus quiz, we needed to work our other muscles, too. Which is why we played Möllky, raced with toy cars and played catch.

Believe it or not, a lot of people in our team are very ambitious and keen on winning. So,it comes as no surprise that after all these games everyone was exhausted and eagerly awaiting dinner… which didn’t take place on land. As we visited Hamburg, the city famous for its harbor and countless bridges, we decided to celebrate on a boat. With food, drinks and our very own DJane, we had everything needed to dance through the night.

And as you probably know, celebrating isn’t an easy feat so on our second day we took it easy and played some GEO-caching which offered the perfect opportunity for some sightseeing.

All in all, we shared meals, strengthened our team play and celebrated everything good that happened so far and everything that is yet to come. Thank you all for this great trip!
